For a client we are looking for an experienced Agile Transformation Coach to guide and support our organization through the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Position Overview:
As an Agile Transformation Coach, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption and implementation of the SAFe framework across our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leaders, and stakeholders to facilitate the transformation process, promote agile principles, and ensure that SAFe practices are effectively integrated into our workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the SAFe implementation strategy tailored to the organization's needs.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, department heads, and teams to build alignment, secure buy-in, and manage change throughout the transformation journey.
- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to Scrum Masters, Agile Teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders involved in the SAFe adoption.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within and across teams.
- Identify and address any obstacles, resistance, or challenges that arise during the transformation process.
- Measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the SAFe implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to agile methodologies and the SAFe framework.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience (5+ years) as an Agile Coach or Transformation Coach with a proven track record of guiding organizations through successful agile transformations, preferably using the SAFe framework.
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of agile principles, methodologies, and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels of the organization.
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt coaching techniques to various organizational contexts and challenges.
- Prior experience in [specific relevant industry/sector] is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
