Are you ready for The Future of Testing?

Join us for the first Spilberg Testing Meetup on February 27th 2018. Of course we can no longer ignore the subject of Test Automation, but is this really the future? Is “Manual” Testing soon unnecessary or is there more between Manual Testing and Test Automation?

Two prominent speakers are more than happy to share their knowledge and views with you. Join us for free beers, burgers and pizza's while discussing what Testing will look like in ten years.

Schedule:
18:30 Welcome + Hamburgers
19:00 Eddy Bruin
20:00 Break
20:15 Volkan Ogretmen
21:15 End + drinks

Eddy Bruin:
As an Agile Test Coach, the main question for Eddy is always: “What else?” Sure, Automation is (very) useful and important but it is only a part of Testing and definitely not a replacement. In this light, Eddy will share his thoughts about the importance of Exploratory Testing.

Volkan Ogretmen
Volkan is Test Lead and Automation expert at Schiphol Group. Currently they are in transition between two Open Source Automation Tools (Nightwatch & Cypress). He will talk about the design of this at Schiphol.nl, the challenges that comes with it and the importance of Automated Testing. In addition he will show the audience how this works live on stage.

Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to learn from the best.

Parking
We are located next to Station Amsterdam South which is easy to reach by public transport. If you come by car there are cheap parking options close to the Meetup location. In the streets after “De Boelenlaan” (5/10 minute walk) you can park for €1,40 per hour between 08:00 – 19:00. After 19:00 it’s for free.
