Principal Architect

For a client of Spilberg I'm currently looking for a skilled Principal Architect to join their dynamic team.

Collaborating with the management team, you will receive support in various aspects, such as commerce, account management, people management, operations, and technology.

About you:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and characteristics:

• A robust technical background in software development, preferably on the JVM (Java/Kotlin). While most of their principals come from software engineering and architecture backgrounds, they are open to considering other software development roles;

• Excellent communication skills, enabling seamless interactions within their organization and with clients. Proficiency in English is required, and a basic understanding of the local language is desirable for casual conversations. Knowledge of another language is considered a valuable bonus;

• Strong leadership capabilities, essential for guiding a team of skilled software developers;

• Motivation to drive the success of each project and a dedication to delivering outstanding results;

• Familiarity with the public transport domain is advantageous;
